CRM solutions to advance your business with simplicity and automation

Challenge
The company's previous corporate website had grown outdated in both look and functionality. To match its evolving CRM business, Ergonized commissioned a full website redesign from the team I worked with. We delivered the new design in six weeks — roughly 155 hours of work for a single designer.

My role
Before taking on the full redesign, I had already been creating graphics for articles and site sections — which meant I came into the project already familiar with the product and its content. Working closely with the product owner over six weeks, we shipped a new design along with the features the updated site needed.
Define and Research
Gathering requirements
Requirements gathering was the first stage of the project, spanning two days of close collaboration with the product owner and project manager. Together, we clarified several points in the brief that weren't fully defined at the start.

Style development
Updated colors, typography, and a reworked UI system became the core of the redesign. New illustrations in the refreshed brand palette gave the site a cleaner, lighter feel and improved the overall impression.

Pages
Explanation
We skipped a dedicated wireframing stage for this project. The page structure didn't call for complex solutions, and the content and form requirements were already clear and well-defined. After discussing this with the product owner, we agreed to move straight into UI design.

New calculator
Clients can choose the type of service they need — a fully custom system or a Salesforce-based solution — through two tools: Questionnaire — based on the answers, the optimal CRM setup is suggested. Calculator — estimates the cost of building a system on Salesforce.

Author's page
Maintaining a corporate blog was one of the key requirements, carried over from the previous site version. Since it was already in place, we made only targeted adjustments here to align it with the new visual style.

Content pages
FAQ, Careers, and Case Studies are staples of most corporate sites. We built out a full FAQ page and made smaller refinements to the other pages. Below are a few screens showing how these look on both desktop and mobile.

Conclusions
The new website helped the company attract new customers and expand into fields it hadn't previously promoted — supported by a clearer structure, a modernized look, and tools (like the calculator) that make it easier for prospects to self-qualify.
